Kitchen Fire Stop for up to 75" cooktop

Designed for a 75" residential cooking appliance using a dual suppression arrangement.

The system includes two pressurized 5-lb wet-chemical canister assemblies; two 36" stainless-steel detector/nozzle mounting brackets; two discharge nozzles with adjustable joints; two stainless-steel braided flexible hoses with all required fittings; one continuous linear heat detector; one ME300 releasing/control panel with battery backup and audible alarm; one manual pull station; one 12 VDC power supply; and one 240 VAC/50 A electric range disconnecting box for automatic power shutdown upon system activation.

Both suppression assemblies are controlled by the single ME300 so that activation provides simultaneous fire suppression across the protected cooking area and shuts down power to the cooking appliance.
